Senior Staff
Fundamental Coaching senior positions provide a fantastic opportunity for staff to co-ordinate programmes, manage staff teams and still get involved with the coaching and development of children on a day to day basis. These positions provide a great challenge and allow staff to develop organisation, management and leadership skills.
Our team provides a professional development scheme and the experience we offer is perfect for anyone considering or starting a career in sport or teaching.
Please note: Senior Coaches must obtain or be working towards a degree (preferable sports coaching).
Coaches Recruited Through UCLAN
Hand picked Alumni students recently graduated from UCLAN will be assessed through our coach education and volunteer recruitment programme.
Students will have gained experience already whilst at University by attending their experiential learning module with our company this allocating coaches with hands on day to day experience in both our professional and community programmes.

Specialised Volunteer Coaching Programme
Fundamental Coaching’s specialist volunteer coaching programme allows anyone with a more in-depth knowledge in a sport or activity to gain experience in coaching children, whilst benefiting from a great education and development scheme.
The role enables the coach to lead an activity-tailored programme, providing the challenge of more focused and specific coaching. We have positions available on our specialist programmes: Fundatots, Fundaparty, Fundaclubs, Education and Community programmes.
