Kieran Fletcher (Creative Director)

Kieran graduated from The University of Central Lancashire (UCLAN) in 2008, obtaining degree in high performance coaching, turning down two life changing career opportunities he decided to commit himself to an enthusiastic vision and drive towards child development, a philosophy enthused in - developing people through sport.

Winning student of the year in 2008, Business of the month after launch. Kieran is the face of Fundamental Coaching and he is dedicated to suppress local -national indicators delivering at the heart of our community.

Fundamental Coaching will sustain the quality that has often been dedcuted through profit making organisations delivering poor quality services, we are striving to become the UK’s most trusted organisation delivering professional sports coaching, education, community development and play programmes, tailor made to meet the verifying needs of people in a variaty of enviroments.

Wayne Duxbury (Coach Coordinator)

Whyne currently a reps level 2 fitness instructor and a Territorial Army physical training instructor with a background in football, multi sports and community development coaching with various qualifications. He also obtains qualifications in engaging hard to reach young people. Whyne has developed excellent community projects in the past and is excited to add to a new era.

My passion is to develop people through sport and innovative programmes to help participants and communities to achieve their maximum potential.
