Kieran Fletcher (Creative Director)

Kieran graduated from the University of Central Lancashire (UCLAN) in 2008, obtaining a degree in high performance coaching, turning down two life changing career opportunities he decided to commit himself to an enthusiastic vision and drive towards child development, a philosophy enthused in - developing people and communities through sport.

Winning student of the year in 2008, business of the month after launch, Kieran is the face of Fundamental Coaching and he is dedicated to suppress local, national, and regional indicators delivering at the heart of our community and grass root sport.

Fundamental Coaching will sustain the quality that has often been deducted through profit making organisations delivering poor quality services, we are striving to become the UK’s most trusted organisation delivering professional sports coaching, education and community play programmes, tailor made to meet the verifying needs of people in a variaty of enviroments.

Liam MacMillan (Coach Co-ordinator)

Liam graduated from the University of Central Lancashire (UCLAN) in 2009, obtaining a degree in High Performance Coaching, as well as gaining many coaching qualifications in a variety of sports.

Liam has had many life changing experiences within coaching, mainly working on the East Coast in America as a Camp Director for many summer soccer camps, holiday camps, clinics, tours, and development centres.

Liam has vast experience in working with children, working in schools located in Lancashire delivering PPA cover, After School courses along with fun holiday camps.

Liam is a highly motivated individual and a team player possessing a wide range of skills, knowledge and experience gained trough academic study and work. Liam possesses an enthusiastic approach to work with children; as well as including attention to details where appropriate.

Chris Hewitt (Community Play Coach)

Chris graduated from The University of Central Lancashire (UCLAN) in 2008, obtaining a degree in High Performance Coaching, as well as gaining many coaching qualifications in a range of sports.

Chris has a wide range of experiences within the field of sports coaching, mainly working with underprivileged children and children with behavioural problems. Chris worked for Wigan Sports Development as a casual coach for over 5 years working with many of their projects located in schools and community setting. He has also worked with the Young People’s Service in a range of community projects aiming to tackle anti-social behaviour.

Chris has a passion to work with young people and he has a firm belief that his coaching can change children’s life’s both physically and socially. After working with elderly children Chris decided he wanted a new challenge of working closely with children in their early years and helping them with their core fundamental movement skills.
