About Community Development
Fundamental Coaching Sport Development, Education & Community Play Programme a not for profit organisation developing disadvantaged communities with the primary purpose of developing individuals, organisations and communities that work with children, train and develop local volunteers in sports leadership, and make a difference to the lives of children but more so communities in need.
Our aim, to transform individuals and communities by developing sustainable community sport and recreational activity projects/ programmes run by indigenous people, we look to partner with individuals, churches, charities, and organisations throughout the UK that share our core values.
Our Focus
We believe that relationships are at the heart of all good communities we use sport, innovative games, play activities and learning processes to demonstrate this and to deliver high quality programmes.
It is for these reasons that Fundamental Coaching is compelled to use its resources and experience to make a difference in the UK with visions to deliver to different regions of Europe and in some cases the World, our main vision is to:
Develop People Through Sport !
The income generating work of Fundamental Coaching covers 100% of our administration and management costs, enabling 100% of supporter donations/ funding to go directly to our development work and equipment.
